Dream Body Retreat & Recovery is a luxury service. We are here to offer a clean and comfortable shared living space in a Airbnb/Hotel to assist guests with Post op recovery following outpatient cosmetic surgery procedures. It is important that you understand that  Dream Body Retreat is not a substitute for medical care/facility or hospitalization and as such, if you choose to use our services it would be strictly a matter of convenience. Further, your medical care remains the responsibility of the surgeon who performed your surgery.  

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES: 

Deposit – A non-refundable deposit is due to secure your reservation.  

Non-refundable $150 guest deposit required for reservation. 

Final payment due 14 days before check-in to avoid cancellation

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES

 For reservation updates, email new dates or changes to Dreambodyretreat@gmail.com with 'Update Reservation' in subject line. Include full name and phone number to locate reservation. Updates will be completed within 24-48 hours.

Reschedules made in writing will be good for 1 year from date of deposit.

If you cancel your reservation for ANY reason (No Refund)

No refunds given for canceled surgery, reschedule allowed within 1 year.

Credit valid for 12 months from deposit. All sales final, only credit for future dates.

Refunds not available for rescheduled turned canceled bookings.

No refunds for unforeseen surgery complications.

No refunds for early check-outs.

No refunds for used garments or supplies purchased at home.

Rest assured, your bed at DBR is reserved during your hospital stay, and we await your discharge.

In case of any disputes of services or items paid post completion, Dream Body Retreat will resort with legal action.

MEALS 

Notify us of allergies, dietary needs, or if you are vegan/vegetarian when booking.

Outside food like DoorDash, Uber Eats, & pizza delivery allowed.

Due to FL state regulations meals will be provided by a third party.

HOUSE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: 

Check-in 1 day before Surgery Date is mandatory for all guests

There is a $300-$400 early check in/same day as surgery fee if you check in on the same day of surgery

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. 

Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. 

Early / Late checkout requires $125 fee and staff preauthorization to ensure availability

ROOM LOCATION AND OTHER INFORMATION: 

Shared Rooms can accommodate 2-4 guests.

Each private room accommodates 1-2 guests and may or may not include a private bathroom.

GUESTS: 

Outside guests, services, or vendors are prohibited.

Female guests incur an extra nightly fee.

Guests are responsible for cleanliness in their living areas and will not be attended to by caretakers.

1 Check Out ride to Miami Airport

We only provide 1 Miami International Airport drop-off.

Transportation NOT included  

Transportation to/from massage appointments, banks, and stores is not included.

Transportation not included for personal errands or shopping or any other surgical-related errands.  

During the licensing process and due to Florida state regulations concerning post-operative care, DBR is authorized to offer private care at a Airbnb-style locations and I understand that there may be an instance when private care is provided for me at an Airbnb location. I understand that I will always be notified of which services I will receive and I acknowledge that I have paid for post-operative care rather than a specific location, we are committed to ensuring that your accommodations are safe, clean, secluded, and spacious.
I understand I  will continue to receive care from the same dedicated professionals who have helped us earn our reputation as a leading post-operative recovery service in Miami. We uphold the same packages & high standards of care that you expect from Dream Body Retreat.. I acknowledge that this is not a "stage home" but a business in the final stages of licensing that cannot risk its progress but would still like to provide quality care to current and future dolls. . 

LIABILITY STATEMENT:

  Dream Body Retreat & Recovery and staff do not perform any invasive or medical procedures. We have no affiliation with the surgical centers or any surgeon who performed the surgery. We are not responsible for the outcome of your procedure or complications associated with the recovery process. We are NOT a medical facility, home health, or nursing agency. We do have staff that are healthcare professionals from a variety of clinical specialties that have been trained in cosmetic surgery. Our services should not replace treatment or proper follow-up with a physician. This service should be utilized to assist with your recovery. In case of an emergency, you will be transported to the nearest hospital for treatment and the emergency contact provided will be contacted.
