If I change my mind, can I get a refund?

(NO REFUNDS) for any reason, you would only get a credit that is good for 1yr

​Do you offer IV therapy?

Yes, IV therapy is available by GHS only. Schedule your IV for the same day as surgery or the day after at your check in or Online only! IV's are priced at $340 and includes an Iron Infusion $260 without Iron Infusion.

Can I bring a female non surgical guest?

Yes! Depending on your dates (most cases you can for extra fee.)

Can I lessen my dates of stay?

Regrettably, we are unable to modify the reservation within 14 days prior to check-in. Your accommodation has been reserved for the specified dates as requested. Should you choose to depart earlier than planned, please note that the balance will remain unchanged, whether you complete your entire stay or depart ahead of schedule.

How do I make my Final Payment?

Choose Zelle or Chime for fee-free payments. Use Credit/Debit Cards or Cash App for a 3.5% fee, request payment link. Convenient transaction options.

Can I be dropped off or picked up at my hotel or friends house?

We have strict guidelines for our drivers. They are authorized to transport clients exclusively to their scheduled appointments. Additional rides to other locations beyond the appointments are not allowed.
